Admission Requirements and Conditions
Dear Students: Please read the terms and conditions below carefully. Type your name at the end along with your email ID and date and press the ‘submit’ button. After submission you will be automatically taken to the payment page.
1. Non-refundable Fee:
After applying for a course, you need to pay a non-refundable admission fee. The fee paid is non-refundable and it won’t be refunded on any personal grounds, except if the course is discontinued for some reason by Asian College Of Teachers. The course fee you have paid will be forfeited, in case you are unable to complete the course.
2. Balance / Installment Fee payment:
In case you miss to pay the installment fees within the given due date, you will be provided with another 15 days as grace period to pay the remaining fee along with a Penalty fee applicable. If you are still unable to pay the fee within the given date, your course will be discontinued from our end. If you wish to pursue the course, you need to take fresh admission by paying the full course fee.25 USD / 1800 INR as the late fine
3. Cancellation of Registration:
Asian College Of Teachers does not practice this except on exceptional grounds. The payment will be considered non-refundable and the decision of the project organizer will be held final.
4. Payment:
I certify that any payment to Asian College Of Teachers for any service or offeringwill be done from my personal funds. If funds of a third party are involved, I hereby declare that I will do so with due authority to act on behalf of third party and request authorization of such transaction. I also understand that I will be responsible for all damages, bank fees, credit card fees, or penalties that may be associated with the unauthorized use, transfer, or disclosure of credit or bank account information (e.g., charges associated with frozen funds, disputes, reversals, refunds, legal fees, court fees, or any applicable penalties).
5. Re-Registration:
Unable to complete the course within the given duration and without valid notification will result in cancellation of my registration from the course.
Please Note: In case the candidate wants to continue with the program after he/she has missed the stipulated time, he/she has to re-register by paying an additional fee of 100 USD and will be eligible to get a 3-month grace period. However, if the candidate still fails to complete the course within the extension, he/she has to re-register by paying double the amount of the previous additional fee, i.e., 200 USD and will be eligible to get another 2 months grace period. Still, if the candidate is still unable to pay the fee within the given date, the course will be discontinued from our end. If the candidate wishes to pursue the course, they need to take fresh admission by paying the full course fee. Also, if the candidate failscontinue with the schedule intakes of the college he/sheneed to pay the extension fee/re-registration fee and shall bear the increased fee by the University, if any.
6. Certification:
Candidates will receive certificate of completion from Asian College of Teachers only after successfully completing all assignments and submitting completed feedback forms. No request for issuing of certificate before the Semester will be entertained. We do not encourage exit route certification, however, on exceptional cases an exit route certification can be worked out after completion of certain credits based on student’s requirement, management decision and subject to certain fees to be paid for the same.
After successfully completing the course, candidates will receive degree certification conferred by esteemed international universities.
The universities reserves full rights to revise the design, wording and template used in its degrees and awards. It is at the discretion of the universities and is NOT subject to scrutiny and/or approvals of other parties who are directly or indirectly involved in the operations.
7. Grading:
After grading an assignment and awarding it with credit, it cannot be re-done for to improve the Grades/ Credits. In case an assignment needs re-work, then you will be informed by your coordinator.If you are given a rework twice for a single assignment, then for the second re-work, you will be charged 50 USD for the assignment & 100 USD for the Research/Capstone project.
8. Grade Sheet:
Candidates will receive the soft copy of the grade sheet within 2 months along with the final certificate from the university at the end of the program at an additional charge.
9. Course Duration:
The Welcome Letter clearly mentions the course duration of each course of study. There is no provision of increasing the course duration from our end, except for certain exigencies approved by the management. For all Bachelor's programs, one can complete the entire course in a minimum duration of 18 months, and a maximum duration of up to 36 months. If students are unable to complete the course even after 42 months due to certain exceptional situations, the, they need to pay a maintenance bench fee of additional 25 USD for every month of extension. For all Master's programs, students can complete the entire course in a minimum duration of 12 months, and a maximum duration of up to 24 months. Here too, if the student is unable to complete the course within the given duration date of 30 months, the student will have to pay a maintenance bench fee of an additional 50 USD for every month of extension. For all Professional Doctorate programs, one can complete the entire program in a minimum duration of 12 months, and a maximum duration of up to 36 months. Similarly, after 42 months from the enrolment date, the student needs to pay a maintenance bench fee of an additional 75 USD for every month of extension.

Asian College of Teachers (ACT) undertakes a continuous review of its teacher training courses to ensure imparting high quality education. However, there might be circumstances outside of ACT’s control which might affect its stakeholders like if you are planning to teach in a different country, applying for a teaching license, pursuing higher studies or trying to get the certificate approved by the Ministry of Education (MoE) of a particular country then you can do so with the certificate issued by Asian College of Teachers (ACT). However, each country’s Ministry of Education (MoE) or educational bodies set certain standards that are indispensable for the pursuit of higher studies or teaching in schools in that country. So it can be a possibility that you may be able to use the certificate for higher studies or teaching purposes in one country and not in another. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you investigate thoroughly and check with the relevant authorities regarding the acceptance of the certificate issued by us before you enrol on a particular course. ACT strives to offer high-quality education and its certificates can be valuable for various purposes internationally, but still it is crucial for individuals to verify the specific recognition of the certificate in the country they intend to use it, especially for formal education or professional licensing purposes. This approach ensures that the stakeholders make informed decisions regarding their educational and career paths.
