Congratulations Thida for taking up an advanced move for your educational leadership career by enrolling in a Master of Arts in Education with Leadership and Administration Degree with us, could you please share your learning experience with us?
I would like to share my experience of learning the Master course. I had a dream that I wanted to study a master of educational-related subjects ever since I started working as a teacher. That's why, I always tried to look for an opportunity for my studies. When I noticed that I can learn something from ACT, I was very happy to join the course.
Why did you choose ACT and why did you choose this particular specialization?
The reason for selecting ACT is as a full-time professional teacher who is working in an organization, I needed to choose only online programs. I had no time to go to the class and attend. That's the main point I chose ACT. I opted for this particular specialization because I wanted to upskill myself as I have been in the teaching profession for over a decade now.
School Leadership That Alleviates Stress
Do you think that your school provided you with adequate facilities?
When I started doing my very first assignments, I was not confident that I could do it but I tried hard. When I received my first assignment feedback, I began to know how I can move forward with the rest of my assignments. I also got great support from my trainer and was also provided adequate resources.
How did you balance your job with study?
During my studies with ACT, I tried to manage my time equally. Of course, I didn't want my both supervisors from work and ACT to be fed up with my situation. So, I tried very hard not to balance both my studies and also my profession.
How would you evaluate the overall academic experience you had with this professor in our university program?
I do appreciate my supervisor who gave me strong feedback that motivated me to keep on working till I finish the course according to my time management. I feel that I am one of the luckiest people while I am doing the assignments. I feel really satisfied with what I have done so far. Thank you so much!
